Issue Ticket with GM Staff with just 2 steps

  • After booking NDC Fare on your PCC, Don’t forget to Transfer PNR Number. to us.

Want to do it by yourselves? We understand. Let’s try GM Online to Issue NDC Ticket

Step 1

Log in to GM Online > After Log in you will see overall GM Dashboard

  1. To Issue NDC Ticket, you will need to have PNR Number on your PCC. Please fill in your PNR Number on the PNR Number Box

  2. After that, Please select GDS, currently GM Online only support “Amadeus NDC”

  3. Click on the button “Issue Ticket” which will lead you to next page

For those who prefer to “Transfer Queue”

  • Please Copy “Command Code” ESBKKIQ344Y-B,BKKIQ31BT-B,BKKOK21VV-B

  • Put in your PCC “Command Mode”

  • Open GM Online window to issue NDC

Step 2

1.You will see details of your PNR Number, please go through all details. Passenger details, itinerary details.

2.Available Fares : Please see details of available fares option. and Click ”Select” to go to next step.

Please note : You can click “Cancel this booking” on the top right menu of this page.

Step 3

  1. After select fare, You will see details of PNR and when scroll down you will also see Payment method. Please select payment method you like a) Available Credit b) Credit Card

  2. After select payment, please click “Check box” to accept the Term of use and Privacy policy.

  3. Click “Issue Ticket” to confirm

Step 4 (Issue Ticket Completed)

1.Once confirm, GM Online will direct you to confirmation of Ticket Issued.

On this page you will click to see “Invoices” or “Customize E-Ticket”

2.GM Online will send email confirmation to your email as well

Customized e-Ticket

After confirmation, If you prefer to customized e-Ticket please click “Customized e-Ticket” button

After Clicking, you should be able to customize details of e-ticket details.

Void Ticket

-After confirmation, If you prefer to void ticket, you can go back to “My booking”

1.You will see the “Void” menu on the top right page.

2.Confirm “Void ticket”

3.Ticket Void Confirmation will be alert and sent to your email.

Transfer PNR / Retrieve PNR

If you prefer to transfer or retrieve PNR, you can go back to “My booking”

1.You will see the “icon with 3 dots ” menu on the top right page. please click it.

2.After click, it will show menu for Transfer PNR or Retrieve PNR number.
