Ticketing Officer x 1
Afternoon shift (3PM-9PM)
Requirements
At least 3-4 years of experience in Reservation and Ticketing.
Knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport (Galileo) system is required.
Skills in basic reservation, fare & pricing, ticketing, issue, reissue and refund.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize work effectively.
Customer service-oriented, with the ability to maintain a positive attitude towards customers.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Competant verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
Reservations Officer x 1
